Phineas joined the board of Tai Tarian in the winter of 2022, and is a member of the Audit and Risk committee.
He is an IT professional with over 25 years’ experience delivering end-to-end, customer focused, digital products and services.
He is presently employed at the Intellectual Property Office (IPO), where he has held a number of IT related roles from lead solutions architect, to contracts manager and technical service owner. During this time Phineas has delivered conceptual architectures for the IPO’s digital transformation, provided strategic leadership for transformation enabling products and services, overseen contract performance, financial management and technical assurance for a number of technical initiatives.
Prior to working at the IPO, Phineas spent 14 years leading a multi-disciplined digital development and transformation team at the Royal College of Nursing, and for the last seven years has been a parent governor.
Phineas lives just outside Bridgend with his two children, dog and cat. In his spare time he enjoys all aspects of food, property development, running, cycling and anything fitness related.
