Lisa currently works for the Places for People, a UK-wide social housing provider and social enterprise.
As Director of Business Improvement, Lisa is responsible for the major digital transformation programmes and leading system improvements.
Lisa has 23 years’ experience in a variety of social housing roles and so brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the board; particularly in housing management, business improvement, policy, performance and scrutiny.
As well as social housing, Lisa spent two years leading the Senedd business change programmes.
She is married with two children and lives in Bridgend. She enjoys walking and spending time with her family.
