Jonathan was elected to the board of Tai Tarian in June 2019.
He is a former director of development at Pobl Group and director of development and new business at Grwp Gwalia.
Jonathan has over 25 years of experience in taking a leading role in the delivery of complex housing developments and physical regeneration projects in both the registered social landlord (RSL) and local authority sectors.
He has held senior management positions for over six years, leading a development team, including a period of two years with management responsibility for asset management.
With extensive knowledge and experience of project and programme management, including identification and initiation, development and design, Jonathan brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record in new build, refurbishment, conversion and specialist housing development schemes as well as town centre regeneration projects.
In 2019 Jonathan became a catalyst worker for Housing Justice, which focusses on supporting and growing the church and community-led response to rough sleeping in Neath and Port Talbot. This included establishing the first church-led night shelter in the area, leading on projects to assist people into a life away from the streets.
