We’re looking for tenants who want to make a difference by helping us shape how we communicate, in print, in person, and online.
Whether you love getting stuck into the detail or just want to help us speak more clearly and effectively, we’d love to have you on board.
What is the comms & digital group?
This group is a way for you to influence real decisions and shape how we communicate with tenants across Tai Tarian.
You’ll work with our team to look at things like:
- The style and content of Cartref, our tenant newspaper
- New technology like a tenant portal, how it looks and how it works
- How we communicate with tenants, from letters to social media
- Our wider communications strategy, how we reach everyone
Your ideas and feedback will help us be clearer, more accessible, and more inclusive in everything we say and do.

How much time do I need to give?
Not much, and a lot less than most people expect. A minimum of two meetings per year. These will be community based at a time that works for you.

What skills do I need?
A passion for our communities and not being afraid to have your say.
- You don’t need any previous experience.
- You don’t need specialist knowledge.
- You don’t need to be confident or outgoing.
