How can I find out information you hold about me?

You have a right under the Data Protection legislation to request to see the information we hold about you. This is known as a Subject Access Request (SAR).

To request the information we hold about you, please contact us using one of the following methods:

• Email corporateservices@taitarian.co.uk. Provide your contact details and details of the information you require.

We will require a copy of a document as proof of your identity e.g. birth certificate, driving licence, passport, library card, staff card, etc.
