Your guide to Renting Homes Wales

Since the introduction of the Renting Homes Wales Act in December 2022, all tenants will have received a new occupation contract to replace their tenancy agreements.

It’s a large, formal document that we legally had to send to you. You don’t need to tell us you have received your contract, or sign and return it to us, but we do ask that you take time to read it, so you understand your rights and responsibilities and keep it in a safe place for future reference.
