This page is for non-urgent repairs only. If the repair is an emergency, or if you or someone in your home has certain vulnerabilities that make the repair a serious risk to health and safety, please contact our Contact Centre on 0300 777 3000 so we can assess and prioritise it appropriately.
Our contact centre is open from 8am-6pm Monday to Friday and our out-of-hours service is available if you need to report an emergency repair outside of these working hours. Here are the details of what is classed as an emergency repair.
Please provide as much information as possible when reporting a repair. The more detail you can provide the quicker we will be able to deal with your request.
If repairs are reported out of hours and found not to be an emergency, then a re-charge will be made for the cost of the call out.
