The Property and Maintenance section provides all tenants and leaseholders with a complete “one stop shop” approach for property maintenance and improvements from the initial enquiry to its completion.

All tenants and leaseholders have access to our repairs contact centre and out of hours emergency telephone line, 24 hours a day 365 days a year on 0300 777 3000.

The section consists of four main operational areas:

  • PVC door and window manufacturing and installation
  • Responsive and re-let works
  • Customer services and technical support
  • Property compliance and land management
