Our in-house benefits team are here to help customers manage their money and offer support with finances, we can provide advice on a range of money matters including:

• Benefits and managing universal credit (UC) claims 
• Form filling
• Support with benefit appeals
• Digital/online advice
• Advice on utility bills
• Budgeting
• Cost of living advice and support
• Food, fuel and baby bank vouchers

We offer a telephone based service, however, home visits are available upon request if you are unable to complete over the phone due to having health or communication needs.
