Subletting Your Home
While we allow subletting of leasehold flats, you as the leaseholder are still responsible for any demands as well as being responsible for your tenant’s conduct during their tenancy (e.g., not to cause a disturbance, not to keep prohibited pets on the premises). You must advise us of your contact details if you live elsewhere.
