Insurance - Leaseholders
Under the terms of your lease, as your landlord we are responsible for arranging the insurance for the structure of the building on your behalf and will then on-charge a proportion to you the leaseholder, via your service charge.

Cover does not include the contents of your property, it is your responsibility to arrange cover for your personal belongings.
We encourage all leaseholders to insure the contents of their home, either through our insurance scheme or by making their own arrangements.
