Can I Sell My Flat?

With reference to the date of intended sale, if your flat was originally purchased from the Local Authority more than 10 years ago, you have the right to sell on the open market.

However, if your flat was originally purchased from the Local Authority or Tai Tarian less than 10 years ago, you must offer it to Tai Tarian first to consider buying it from you.
