Connor Davies is the Housing Officer County Flats, Dalton Road, Romney House, Sandy Ridge, Severn Crescent, Farm Drive, Morrison Road and Morrison Crescent. Connor will help and support tenants to manage and sustain their occupation contract, ensuring that all aspects of the contracts are adhered to. Where support needs are identified he will refer or signpost a tenant to the most suitable agency for advice and assistance.

Connor is also responsible and accountable for dealing with complaints or reports of Anti-Social Behaviour in his area. He will provide clear information and advice on what options are available to help tackle ASB, focussing on practical ways of trying to resolve problems.

In addition Connor undertakes a weekly review of rent accounts and he will take the appropriate action to recover and address any arrears. This can include referrals being made to the Financial Inclusion Team or the Universal Credit Team whilst also providing advice and assistance in relation to applications for Housing Benefit.

Kacy Clark is the Housing Officer for Sandfields East and Little Warren. Kacy will help and support tenants to manage and sustain their occupation contract, ensuring that all aspects of the contracts are adhered to.
