Housing officers

A housing officer will help and support you to manage and sustain your tenancy, ensuring that all aspects of your contract is adhered to.

If extra support is needed, they can refer you to other organisations for advice and assistance. This can include financial support if you are having money worries.

They are also responsible for dealing with complaints of anti-social behaviour (ASB). They will provide clear advice on what options are available to help tackle ASB, working with the police on finding practical ways to resolve the problems.
