As a responsible landlord we need to ensure your home is safe and secure.

So, any changes you want to make to your home must be agreed by us. We call this Landlord’s Permission.

You can make improvements, alterations and additions to your home, but we need you to ask us before any work starts. We will carry out some checks, then give you written confirmation if we are happy for you to carry out the work.
