This Volunteers’ Week, we’re proud to recognise and celebrate the contribution of our Tenant Voice volunteers.

Tenants are giving their time to be part of our groups, sharing their experiences and helping shape the services we deliver every day. Their feedback and ideas are making a real difference to how we operate and having a positive impact on other tenants too.

Tenant Voice is all about bringing people together to talk about the areas that matter most. From repairs to  communication to the environment and homes, there’s a group to suit everyone’s interests.

Thanks to their lived experienced our volunteers play a key role in sharing ideas and helping us understand what works well and where we can improve.

Tenant voice matters and we are grateful to everyone who has chosen to get involved.

Thinking of joining?

Getting involved is a great way to share your views in a supportive environment and help shape decisions that affect your home and community. It’s flexible and you’ll only need to attend a minimum of two local meetings a year, at times that suit you.

You’ll receive a £20 shopping voucher for each session, travel and childcare costs covered*, plus access to free training and development opportunities.

No experience is needed, just a passion for your community and a willingness to have your say. We’ll provide all the support and guidance you need to get started.
