To meet UK GDPR legislation, a popup message is shown to new visitors to our customer portal informing them that the site uses cookies. A cookie is used to remember if the visitor has closed this message so it is not shown to them again in future.

The cookies used to remember cookie preferences do not store any information that could be used to identify you or the device used to access the My Tai Tarian customer portal app.

Interactive functionality
The majority of interactive elements on the My Tai Tarian customer portal app require session cookies to function. This includes, but is not limited to, our online forms such as the Contact Us form or the Repairs form and most functions on this app.

These cookies are used to track a visitor’s interaction with the element, for instance to ensure the information provided on an online form are not lost before it is submitted.

These interactive elements use session cookies which are stored temporarily on your device and deleted after you close the web browser or app. These cookies do not store any information that could be used to identify you or the device used to access the My Tai Tarian customer portal app.

Google Analytics provide important tracking data on the My Tai Tarian customer portal app and is protected by Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.  These set necessary cookies when executed for the purpose of providing non identifiable statistics and performance monitoring. We do not currently use any additional features.

Videos from YouTube are embedded on some of our site pages using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. Cookies may be set on your device when visiting one of these pages. The cookies do not directly identify individuals and YouTube will only store information to personalise your experience if you are logged in to a Google account.
