Making your rent payment is easy and we have many different quick and convenient ways of doing this:
Direct debit
If you have a bank account, direct debit is the easiest and most secure way to pay your rent and any service charges.
To make this even easier, you can set up a direct debit on any day of the month so you can select the best day for you. You can also choose to set up your direct debit payment to weekly, fortnightly, 4 weekly or monthly.

Online
To make online payments, you must have a payment card for it to go through. To order this card please contact us on 0300 777 0000 or email us at income@taitarian.co.uk.
Using your payment card, you will be able to make payments to your account via this website 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The Allpay app
Download the app to your Apple or Android device to your smartphone and easily pay your rent. You'll also need a valid Allpay swipe card (or a 19-digit payment reference number) and a current debit card.
After a brief registration process, bills can be paid at the touch of a button. What’s more, you can save all your payment numbers and amounts, plus debit card details so you don’t need to enter the same information every time. It is secure, free and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Payment at local shops
You can make a payment at any shops across Neath Port Talbot offering the PayPoint service. These shops are easily identified with the PayPoint symbol:

Secure text payments
After a brief registration you can pay your rent anytime and anywhere by simply texting a code and an amount to a designated number.
You will need:
- a UK registered mobile phone
- a valid allpay payment card
- a current debit card

Allpay automated payment line (low-cost)
Phone 0330 041 6497 to make a payment. The automated payment line has a low-cost call rate and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In order to make a payment using this phone line you will need an Allpay payment card and then follow the instructions in order to make a payment.

What do I do if I am struggling to pay my rent?
If you are having difficulty keeping up with payments, you should contact us straight away. We can help in a number of ways such as giving advice on how to manage your money and helping you to apply for benefits.
