The proposed development at Menai Avenue, Croeserw, will deliver 29 energy efficient homes across three parcels of land.

The scheme includes a 9-unit supported living scheme, four walk-up flats, and 10 walk-up flats. There’ll also be two 2-bedroom houses and 4 bungalows.

Each home will be designed to be energy efficient, helping to reduce running costs for residents and support more sustainable living.
