Over the past three years, extensive work has been on-going at County Flats in Sandifelds to completely rejuvenate the site. Major renovations have taken place to bring the flats up to modern standards, creating 55 new homes and refurbishing another 72.

Work has now been completed on the final two block with the last of the residents moving in in autumn 2025.
