Tenant Engagement Charter: Join us and be at the heart of everything we do.

What is it?
We say 'our tenants are at the heart of what we do' and this charter will explain what that really means.

It will be our commitment to you to let you know what we are doing and why.  It will also be a commitment to working in partnership with you whenever we can, making decisions together and building trusting relationships between us.

If you have some time to spare then please get involved.  This is your chance to make your voice heard and improve our services.  In short, you can help us turn words in to deeds.

The Right Stuff
In summer 2019 the Welsh Government issued a report called ‘The Right Stuff- Hearing the Tenants Voice’.

The Right Stuff report has prompted us to review the opportunities we currently offer. It has highlighted the significant amount of positive engagement running throughout the organisation.

The development of the Tenant Engagement Charter has helped to demonstrate how we’ve responded to The Right Stuff.
