There is always a demand for good quality homes and as a responsible landlord we are actively looking to increase the number of homes we have.

We do this by building new homes and buying existing properties, in places where we know people want to live.

These plans are ambitious but we believe passionately in our social purpose of providing homes and building communities.

We currently have several developments underway across Neath Port Talbot:

  • County Flats, Sandfields - Refurbish 72 existing flats and build 55 new ones
  • Pant Celydd, Margam - 25 new houses and flats
  • Eaglesbush Valley, Meadow Road, Neath - 52 new houses, flats and bungalows
