Alms Houses

The Alms House is a Grade 1 listed building close to Neath town centre. The building benefits from a communal lounge. A lifestyle telephone can be provided for an additional cost. There is no warden service.

Applications limited to single women over 45 years old.

The properties are ground floor studio apartments which consist of a living room/bedroom, kitchen, shower, separate WC. The properties also have central heating, on-site parking and communal gardens.
