Since April 2017, Community Housing Cymru (CHC) has published a senior management pay
report on behalf of housing associations in Wales.

The aim of this report is to provide clear and transparent information on senior pay in housing associations in Wales, presenting key information such as CEO salaries and benefits as well as board remuneration.

In August 2024, 33 Welsh housing associations participated in the CEO survey.

• 2024 data refers to current salaries being paid (April 2024 – March 2025)
• 2023 refers to financial year April 2023 – March 2024
• 2022 refers to financial year April 2022 – March 2023
• The Gender Pay Data relates to 5 April 2024.
