Stock condition survey gets underway

Work is now underway to carry out visual surveys on nearly 3000 of our homes. This will ensure the information we hold on their condition is accurate and so that we can plan any improvement works. 

If your home has selected to be surveyed, you will have received a letter informing you that a survey will be carried out.

Access to every room within the property is needed and the condition of things such as the kitchen, bathroom and windows will be assessed. 

Photographs will also be taken as part of this process to help inform the report. 

The survey will be carried out by Tai Tarian surveyors who will ensure it is completed as quickly as possible, with disruption kept to an absolute minimum.

Following the survey, we will let you know about any work planned for your home.
