Tai Tarian Christmas Closing Times
Tai Tarian housing association has announced details of its Christmas closing times.
Its town centre offices in Neath and Port Talbot will close at 12pm on Friday 22nd December with it’s head office in Baglan Energy Park closing an hour later at 1pm. All offices will re-open on Tuesday 2nd January 2018.
During this time, tenants who need emergency assistance can contact the out of hours repairs line on 0300 777 3000.
A repair is considered an emergency where there is an immediate danger to the life or health of tenants or if it will cause major damage to the property. Examples of emergency repairs can include no essential services such as water or sanitation, serious flooding and leaks, lift breakdowns, damage to doors or windows that makes the home insecure or dangerous and unstable walls.
Esther Harris, Operations Manager at Tai Tarian said:
“If emergencies occur over the Christmas period tenants can call our emergency repairs number but are encouraged to provide us with as much detail as possible.
“This will allow us to confirm if the repair qualifies as an emergency. If it is not an emergency the work reported will be recorded and we will respond to the fault after the festive break.”
