Tai Tarian are on the ball at Wembley development
Tai Tarian has kicked off its latest construction project with the building of brand new homes at Wembley, in the Melyn area of Neath.
The development is currently seeing the construction of four, one bedroom flats, as the social housing provider seeks to provide more homes in an area of high demand.
To ensure local residents are kept up to date on the progress of the work, Tai Tarian has introduced its Tenant Liaison Service to the area.
The service, which normally supports tenants during renovations to their own properties, has recently been extended to include people living in the vicinity of the housing provider’s major building projects.
Roxanne Collins is the Tenant Liaison Officer responsible for the area surrounding the Wembley site. She said: “The construction of these flats is one of several building projects being undertaken by Tai Tarian. We are aiming to ensure that work goes smoothly and with as little disruption as possible. However, due to the nature of construction work there could be some noise and inconvenience and so my role is to liaise with residents to keep them up to date on progress and work with them to resolve any concerns they may have.”
Rebecca Thomas, Tenant Liaison Manager at Tai Tarian added:
“The introduction of the Tenant Liaison Service in Wembley follows on from a similar move in the area surrounding our construction site on Burrows Road in Skewen. The service has been welcomed by residents and has had a positive impact.
We are keen to ensure that local residents are kept up to date on progress and Roxanne has lots of experience in this role, and is keen to respond to any questions residents may have.”
Residents living near the Wembley site who have any queries relating to the development can contact Roxanne Collins, Tenant Liaison Officer on 07816 929291 or e-mail roxane.collins@taitarian.co.uk
Construction work is due to be completed in summer 2018
