Stock condition survey gets underway

In the next six months we will be carrying out visual surveys on nearly 3000 of our homes. This will ensure the information we hold on their condition is accurate and so that we can plan any improvement works. 

If your home is selected to be surveyed, you will receive a letter well in advance of our visit so that you can arrange to be home for us to carry out the hour-long survey.  

Access to every room within the property is needed and the condition of things such as the kitchen, bathroom and windows will be assessed. 

Photographs will also be taken as part of this process to help inform the report. 

The survey will be carried out by Tai Tarian surveyors who will ensure it is completed as quickly as possible, with disruption kept to an absolute minimum.

Following the survey, we will let you know about any work planned for your home.
