Steffan ap Dafydd

We are deeply saddened to hear the news that our Board member Steffan ap Dafydd passed away on Friday.

Steffan joined our Board in 2017, soon after becoming Councillor for the Aberavon ward. He was a committed Board member who also played a key role in our Remuneration and Nomination Committee and our Schedule 1 Committee.

He had many passions, our local communities, the Welsh language, education and equal rights for all.

He had a wonderful personality, a real zest for life and all of these qualities made him a fantastic asset to our Board.

He was well liked by his fellow members and staff here at Tai Tarian, we will all miss him dearly.

Our deepest sympathies go to Steffan’s family at this difficult time.

He was a very conscientious and hard- working member of the Tai Tarian Board and was passionate about improving people’s lives.  Steffan was a joy to work with and will be sorely missed by all of those who knew him.”
