Repairs update

We are pleased to announce that from the 31st January we can return to our regular schedule of non-urgent repair works, with tenants able to log their non-urgent repairs via our website or via our repairs line on 0300 777 3000.

Thank you for your continued patience and understanding while we have been prioritising essential services and works over the last month. We did this to protect our tenants, colleagues and contractor partners from the ever-increasing community transmission rates of covid in the weeks leading up to Christmas. We know that this will have frustrated some of you, but we are so grateful for your continued support.
