NPT Homes Ranked Among Top UK Landlords

NPT Homes, one of the largest social housing provider in Wales, has been included in 24 Housing Magazine’s Top 50 UK Landlords list for the impact it has made since its formation in 2011.

The prestigious list recognises the excellent work of the social housing sector’s very best landlords and NPT Homes has been ranked at number 28 in the list.

Judges were impressed with the progress the organisation has made in the last five years including bringing almost all of its properties up to the Welsh Housing Quality Standard.

In addition the support which has seen the organisation secure over £7.3m in unclaimed benefits for tenants, that for every £1 NPT Homes spends in the Borough £1.99 is reinvested and the partnership work their dedicated Universal Credit team is doing to help influence future developments.

The housing provider which has over 9000 properties and employs over 500 staff, was one of just nine Welsh social housing providers to make the cut.
