NPT Homes Launches its New Website

We have launched our new website after working together with tenants and staff to deliver what matters.

Local residents and members of our Digital Champion Group and Youth Committee have been working with staff to develop the new website.

Consultation events were held to find out from tenants what they thought of the previous website and what improvements could be made moving forward. An analysis of the most popular pages was also carried out which was reflected in the new design and layout.

Tenants said they wanted a clear, clean and uncluttered site that they were able to navigate around easily which also allowed them to contact services and members of staff with limited clicks around the page.

The new website was launched at our AGM on Tuesday 28th of July.

NPT Homes’ Head of ICT, Paul Phillips, said:
“With the continued growth of the organisation over the past four years it was time to refresh our existing website. As an organisation we are keen to embrace innovative ideas and new technologies to enhance the quality of services we offer to both new and existing customers.

The new site is both clearer and more intuitive delivering a richer customer experience. This will not only improve searching for suitable accommodation or employment opportunities, but allows us to start introducing more self-service opportunities in the near future.”
