National Apprenticeship Week: Success for Candice

Congratulations to Candice Morgan, our customer service team leader who has been named as Apprentice of the Year by Gower College.

Candice who joined Tai Tarian as a customer service advisor in 2019 before being promoted to team leader just 18 months later.

During the past year, Candice has been studying for Level 3 Customer Service course at the college, and this award is recognition of her hard work and success.

Speaking about her award, Candice said:
“I was really surprised to hear I’d been nominated for this award.  I’ve really enjoyed doing this course over the last year.  It has really helped me build upon my previous experiences and improve my knowledge and understanding of the customer service industry. I’m looking to put this knowledge into practice as I continue in my career.”
