Joint Housing Lettings Policy 2021 Consultation

We’ve been working with Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council to review our joint lettings policy, and now we need your views on the changes we’ve proposed.

The policy explains everything you need to know about being housed with us, including:
o Who is eligible for housing
o How to apply for housing
o How applicants’ needs are assessed
o How housing is allocated
