Homes by Choice is back

Homes by Choice, Tai Tarian's weekly housing application process gets back underway this week.  

The service was suspended back in March due to the coronavirus outbreak and is the latest Tai Tarian service to resume as things gradually and safely return to normal.

From this Friday, 19th June at 8:30am existing applicants will be invited to bid for a property that suits their needs.  The bidding process continues over the weekend and closes at 12pm the following Monday.  The bids are then reviewed and the successful applicant for each available property will be contacted by our team. 

The process is then repeated at the same times each week.

To be eligible to bid on Homes by Choice you must be an existing applicant with us. For more details about the process and how to register please click here

If you're already an existing applicant then it’s important that you notify us of any change in your circumstances which may affect your application before bidding starts.  Once bidding opens each Friday, we will not be able to make any changes to your application until the following Monday after bidding has closed.

Only bids placed between Friday 8.30am and Monday lunchtime at 12pm will be considered; bids received outside of these times will not count.
