Design a Sign competition
Calling all Neath Port Talbot Primary Schools!
Tai Tarian is creating green spaces for wildlife to thrive by planting trees and wildflower in local communities.
So people know this is happening we want to place signs on our land where wildlife is thriving, but need ideas from local school children on how these could look.
The sign needs to be bright and colourful, featuring images of wildlife and a catchy slogan. As a hint, we love bees, bugs and trees so would love to see them included.
The winning idea will then be turned into a professionally designed sign, which will be displayed on our land around the Borough.
All primary schools in Neath Port Talbot are invited to enter, with multiple entries accepted.
The prize:
The winner will be presented with a wildlife garden’ pack for their school to include the following;
- Bug and bee hotel
- Bird feeder (made by Men’s Shed)
- Wildflower seed mix
- Bulbs
- Raised bed (made by Men’s Shed)
- Peat-free compost and topsoil
- Hand tools
The items will be donated from our contractors through our community benefits scheme.
Closing date Tuesday 3rd November
