Coronavirus - Re-assuring you at this difficult time

We appreciate that at this difficult time, some of you are worried about making your rent payments.

We would like to reassure you that you will not be evicted from your home if you fall behind with your rent as a result of losing your income due to the coronavirus outbreak.

If you are worried about your income and your ability to pay then our Income team are ready to speak to you and offer assistance.  Our Financial Inclusion and Universal Credit teams can also help with budgeting support and advice on any benefits you may be entitled to.
