Community Challenge on the lookout for New Projects
After a year long hiatus Tai Tarian’s Community Challenge is back and on the lookout for worthwhile projects to transform in 2020.
The social housing provider enlists the help of its contracts to give not for profit entities in Neath Port Talbot, the chance to win a day or free building or maintenance work.
Since 2013, 27 projects have been completed, enhancing schools, churches, community centres and childcare facilities with a range of improvements.
Organisations can apply now, with the competition closing on the 20th December. Winners will be notified on 27th January with work due to be carried out in summer 2020.
Rebecca Thomas Economic, Social and Regeneration Manager at Tai Tarian said:
"After the success of our previous Community Challenge projects we are happy to bring the project back for 2020. I would encourage any local group in need of a makeover to get their applications in before Christmas as the project can make a huge difference."
You can apply for the Community Challenge here or by picking up an application form from Tai Tarian offices in Baglan Energy Park, Windsor Road, Neath or Forge Road, Port Talbot.
