Coming soon: ‘Homes By Choice’ properties to be advertised weekly…

We are pleased to announce that from December 8 2017 all properties available to let will be advertised on a weekly basis.  This will replace the current system of advertising properties on the last Friday of every month. 

Properties available to let will be advertised on our website (www.taitarian.co.uk) from 8.30am and 9.00am in our town centre offices every Friday*. If you have registered an application with us and you see a property you are interested in, you will have until 12pm on Monday to place your bid.  There is no change to the way in which you place a bid – this is done in exactly the same way as you do now.

It’s important that you notify us of any change in your circumstances which may affect your application because once bidding has opened at 8.30am each Friday, we will not be able to make any changes to your application until the following Monday after bidding has closed.   

Only bids placed between Friday 8.30am and Monday lunchtime at 12pm will be considered, bids received after this time will not count.

*please note there will be no Homes by Choice on Friday December 22 and Friday December 29 due to the Christmas Period.  There will be no change to how you bid and you will still be able to see what’s available online or visit our town offices.
