Check out our storyboards

Throughout the year we look at how we are doing and the difference we are making, not only to you, our tenants, but to our communities too.

We do this in something called a storyboard and they have four key themes which link closely to our corporate plan:
• Sustainable Homes
• Sustainable Communities
• Sustainable Planet and
• Our Business

For each theme, outcomes have been developed in consultation with our staff, tenants and other interested people. These fit with Welsh Government requirements and really help us understand if we are performing well and the difference we are making.

We work with an independent group of tenants and associate members known as the Academy to review the outcomes of our work and provide feedback through our storyboards.
