Meet the Team
Tai Tarian has a dedicated team of officers who will seek to prevent and tackle ASB that is caused by or is affecting our tenants, staff and the wider community. The approach that Tai Tarian takes when dealing with ASB will at all times be respectful, non-judgemental, honest and open. There will be circumstances where Tai Tarian is not the most appropriate person to take action. Where this is the case, we will assist by signposting or referring the ASB to the most appropriate agency e.g. the police; Environmental Protection Teams.
If you wish to report an incident you can contact your housing officer. The officers work closely with the police and the police community support officers (PCSOs) to help tackle the ASB in the community.
Hayley Mainwaring
Hayley Mainwaring is a Tenancy Relations Team Leader.
Hayley works closely with the Casework Co-Ordinator to support support the Tenancy Relations Officers and Tenancy Relations Support Officers to make decisions about ASB. She has strategic leadership responsibilities for ASB including the responsibility to foster a culture which acknowledges the effects of ASB and is innovative in tackling the issue.
Julie Stewart
Julie Stewart is a Tenancy Relations Team Leader.
Julie works closely with the Casework Co-Ordinator to support the Tenancy Relations Officers and Tenancy Relations Support Officers to make decisions about ASB. She has strategic leadership responsibilities for ASB including the responsibility to foster a culture which acknowledges the effects of ASB and is innovative in tackling the issue.
Aled Samuel
Aled Samuel is a Tenancy Relations Team Leader.
Aled works closely with the Casework Co-Ordinator to support the Tenancy Relations Officers and Tenancy Relations Support Officers to make decisions about ASB. He has strategic leadership responsibilities for ASB including the responsibility to foster a culture which acknowledges the effects of ASB and is innovative in tackling the issue.
Steve Chambers
Steve Chambers is a Tenancy Relations Support Officer.
He helps the Casework Co-ordinator to provide specialist support for more intensive and complex ASB cases, liaising with all relevant parties to ensure they have been efficiently and effectively dealt with and all appropriate options to address the case have been identified including legal options. They provide technical expertise in relation to the installation, monitoring and maintenance of CCTV and sound monitoring equipment. The Tenancy Relations Support Officers will assist with the monitoring of active cases and may include attending progress and review meetings and providing all parties with regular updates using a range of methods.
Rob Vickery
Rob Vickery is a Tenancy Relations Support Officer.
