Anthony Crecraft is the Housing Officer for Meadow Road, Briton Ferry & Pencaerau. Anthony will help and support tenants to manage and sustain their occupation contract, ensuring that all aspects of the contracts are adhered to. Where support needs are identified he will refer or signpost a tenant to the most suitable agency for advice and assistance.

This can include referrals being made to the Financial Inclusion Team or the Universal Credit Team whilst also providing advice and assistance in relation to applications for Housing Benefit.
Connor Davies
Connor Davies is the Housing Officer for County Flats, Dalton Road, Romney House, Sandy Ridge, Severn Crescent, Farm Drive, Morrison Road and Morrison Crescent. Connor will help and support tenants to manage and sustain their occupation contract, ensuring that all aspects of the contracts are adhered to.
