NPT Homes and NPTCVS Hold Its 13th Big Sunday Lunch

On Sunday 13th March, 51 tenants enjoyed a fun afternoon of entertainment and lunch at the 13th Big Sunday Lunch at the Four Winds in Port Talbot.

Organised for tenants over the age of 55 by NPT Homes’ Tenant Empowerment Team, Neath Port Talbot Council for Voluntary Service’s (NPTCVS) and members of NPT Homes’ Social Group, the two course lunch brought together communities for a fun afternoon of live entertainment, bingo and a raffle.

Entertainment was provided by tenant and local musician John Thomas.

Tenant Mrs Ivy Roberts, said:
“I thoroughly enjoyed the Big Sunday Lunch. It was lovely to see other tenants from across the Borough and to spend some quality time with the friends I live with.”

NPT Homes’ Tenant Empowerment Officer, Amy Hines, said:
“Our 13th Sunday lunch was a great success and those who attended said they had a fantastic time and look forward to the next one. We are holding a special event in June which will be one of the many upcoming events we are holding this year for our tenants.”
